Dr. Keltner and his wife Allison have four children. They enjoy hiking, golf and outdoor sports. He is an avid fisherman.

    Dr. Keltner did his undergraduate studies at Utah State University. His Dental training was completed at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
