Meet Our Staff
The first time you call to schedule and appointment we are confident that you will find our staff friendly, caring and helpful. Rest assured, we will do all we can to make each visit comfortable for you.
CONNIE MCGREGOR - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Connie has a B.S. Degree in Accounting and has been with Dr. Green since July, 1998. Connie oversees all areas of the practice from accounting and medical assisting to billing and collections. Quite often she will even be the one that greets you on the telephone. She admits that work is her hobby but she also enjoys jogging, 4-wheeling with her family and tennis. She is married to Gregg and has two children ages 8 and 10.
EILEEN JENKS - INSURANCE BILLING
Eileen is from upstate New York and moved to Utah in 1988. She has a Business Administration degree and has spent many years in management and supervisory capacities. She has 21 years experience in credit and collections and 12 years in coding, billing, and collections in medical offices. She is married and has 2 adult children and two step-children and 7 grandchildren. She enjoys skiing with her husband, singing tenor in the Southwest Symphonic Chorale, conducting and singing in the choir at church.
TEENA COWAN - RECEPTIONIST
Teena drives from Cedar daily to be a part of our office. She has worked in the medical field for 15 years specializing in OB/GYN and pediatric orthopedics, medical assisting, coding and insurance billing. She is married to Tom Cowan, a retired police officer and has two daughters, Treena, 23 and Karen, 15, a step-son, Tyler (also a police officer), and 4 beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys riding her horses, sewing, baking and gardening and spending time with her family.
DEBBIE DAVIS - BILLING AND COLLECTIONS
Debbie has been with Dr. Green since November, 1998. Debbie is the patient relations and services coordinator in our office. She also works closely with our patients in keeping them informed about insurance issues (billing and payments). She is married to Loren and has 5 children from 19 to 9. She enjoys 4-wheeling, hiking, roller blading, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
SUSAN LLOYD - MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Susan feels that orthopaedic medicine is an exciting field and her job as a medical assistant is interesting and rewarding. She comes to our office with 7 years experience in the medical field. In addition to assisting patients, she also obtains prior authorizations for upcoming surgeries. On the weekends, she enjoys running and escaping to Navajo Lake with her husband, Mel, and her 4 children.
NANCY HINTZE - RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN
Nancy brings warmth and compassion to our office and years of experience in x-ray technology. "Meeting and working with people is the most rewarding part of my job." Nancy is married to Joel and has 4 children 19, 16, 11, and 6. As a family, they enjoy vacationing and boating.
