Office & Staff Information      Kathryn Hansen Kathryn has been the office manager at OSSM since 1991. Born and raised in Utah County, she has extensive experience in billing, coding and collections. She spent thirteen years as a supervisor of emergency room clerks at both Alta View and Cottonwood hospitals in Salt Lake. Kathryn enjoys gardening, crafts, sewing wedding dresses and following the Utah Jazz.      Tracy Goble, LPN Tracy is the surgical coordinator for OSSM. She is a 1991 graduate of Sevier Valley Technical College. She spent 8 years with Dr. Jerold Hagen where her duties included lab draws, EKGS, history and physicals. She was also involved with clinical research for Alzheimer’s disease with Pharmacology Research in S.L.C. Tracy enjoys camping, four-wheeling, woodworking and working in the yard.      Stacy Bracken, RT(R) Since 1991 Stacy has been the radiology technologist and assistant at OSSM. She graduated from Weber State University as a radiological technologist in 1991. She also attended Southern Utah State College majoring in biology. Stacy spent three years in the radiology department at Dixie Regional Medical Center. In addition, she worked for the National Park Service at Cedar Breaks National Monument and Glen Canyon. Her most favorite activity is time spent with family. She also enjoys running, biking, reading and hiking.      Dave Johnston, AT,C MA Dave works as the surgical assistant and athletic trainer at OSSM. He graduated in 1991 from Brigham Young University with a BS in Athletic Training. He earned his MA degree in Sport Sciences from the University of the Pacific where he worked as a certified graduate assistant athletic trainer in charge of football, men’s volleyball and the rehabilitation program for the UOP athletic department. He spent four years as the head athletic trainer at Dixie College before coming to OSSM. He has been a NATA certified athletic trainer since 1991.      Susan Longhurst Susan is an administrative assistant at OSSM. She graduated from the American Institute of Medical and Dental Technology with an administrative assistant certificate. She primarily deals with patient scheduling, billing and filing. Susan enjoys spending time with family and painting.      Judy Baird Judy is an administrative assistant at OSSM. She spent three years in the banking industry before devoting her time to home and family. She works with patient scheduling, billing and filing. Judy enjoys traveling, running and entertaining.
